Hi

You will have to purchase an English full retail version XP CD. You can
then either install the English version instead of the Greek version or dual
boot both.

There are some language settings in Control Panel under Regional and
Language Options that can add English in some parts of Windows. However, to
have Windows entirely in English, you need to install an English version.

The latter. Windows is made in language-specific versions.

If you bought it new, it should be under some sort of warranty. Take it back
to the vendor for an exchange or another English version. A retail version
or
OEM version of XP runs about $80 for the home edition and $150
for the Professional version. Maybe cheaper on eBay.
