Greedy Junkmail filter.....

for the past couple of days ALL my emails have been delivered directly into
my junkmail box regardless of whether l have previously deemed they safe or
spam! l have not altered any settings and it is still set as "safe list
only" , neither have l updated/downloaded anything lately so what is
happening??

Tools>junk options>blocked sender list, ensure that your address or domain
do not feature?

It can help to click on Tools, then Junk E-mail options, then Safe Senders.
If there is no check mark in the box before Also trust e-mail from my
Windows Contacts, click on this box, then Apply. Click on OK.

or "Low"?
