yea i use it call the time; great because it can fit on a USB removable
drive (only one that I found that does) not to mention has a great
search engine and different formats for reading rss feeds. can't
remember who in this group turned me on to it but thanks. Now I can
surf the web at work without really surfing the web. :)

Hi,

It is a great app. I switched from SharpReader to GreatNews a month back
and haven't looked back. It has full Unicode support (Abilon can't read
some of my Chinese feeds), plus it is _much_ less resource intensive
relative to other Java or .Net -based reader (eg. SharpReader).

Of course it has to be portable:

If and when it goes commercial in the future, I don't see why you can't
hang on to the last free version until something better comes along
(OPML export/import make switching readers quite easy). I highly
recommend it!

Regards.
