Greater Than and Less Than Formulas

I'm trying to create a formula that will look in a cell
range (let's say B6:O9) and count all numbers in that cell
range that are greater than 0 but less than 7. Can anyone
help?

Hi
one way:
=COUNTIF(B6:O9,">0")-COUNTIF(B6:O9,">=7")


Another way
=SUMPRODUCT(--(B6:O9>0),--(B6:O9<7))
