Grayed Out Menu

Hi,

I am trying to add a link bar to my Web Page but when I activate the
"Insert" pull down menu the sub menu "Navigation is grayed out. I therefore
choose "Insert" then "Web Component" which works Ok but the component type
"Link Bars" is Grayed out. It tells me that I must be connected to a Web site
for this to work. I really do not understand this. Can someone please help

Have you opened a web using File->Open Web (or created a new website using
File->New and chosen a website template), or are you working on a loose
page?

The website you open can be a folder on on your computer's hard disc, or on
an Internet server.
The navigation components will only be available if you have opened a
website.
