graphing utility for web pages

Hi,

does anyone know of a free (or cheap!) graphing utility for web-based
application. An example would be a PHP-based graphing utility. I used one
called Image_Graph, but it's not very flexible and the documentation is bad.
A tool to create Flash or Flash-like graphs would be great.
What I am looking for is flexibility in terms of configuration, and power in
terms of being able to create various types of graphs.
