I am trying to create an email in HTML format so that
graphics will be displayed when I send it. Currently when
i copy the page and paste it into an email, the graphic
appears at the bottom of the page, instead of the top
where I placed it. Or as an attachment. Can anyone help?

Dpo you have Outlook / Outlook Express set to
compose in html format??

Outlook Toolbar > Tools > Options > Compose

The best solution I've found to do this is GroupMail; dang stellar product.
There is a free version and a pro version. Yeah, you can do it with your email
program... but this GroupMail thing has great features and does this so well,
I'd never use my regular email app for it.
No, I don't have anything to do with the company! :)
