Graphics Conversion Filter

Hi,

Please post the name of the file (particularly the
extension). Also try doing a right-click on the file and
displaying the properties. The Version tab may give you
some more info.

In addition to the answer you got above, just to elucidate: the file you
downloaded was created in some graphics program that you don't have on
your computer. The program installed on your computer that handles
graphics files can't convert the downloaded file to a format it
understands. As said before, you can post the file extension here (the
three letters after the dot in the file name), or you can try to open
it with another, more capable graphics program. You might want to try
Irfanview - an extremely well-respected, free graphics program. You can
get Irfanview from www.irfanview.com.
