Frustrated Fool \(a.k.a. The Novice\)

Hello all. Still have trouble with my video card.
Currently I'm trying a tip emailed to me by a dude by the
name of "Blood Letter." So far it is proving futile. But I
have high hopes. Not really. Once again, I'm using a
GeForce 4 Ti4200 128MB APG graphics card that hates me. If
anyone has any other suggestions, I woud most certainly
enjoy them. Please!
