The screen size does not fit the monitor, the message I get is " the system
has been started using the default vga driver contact your hardware provider
or use a Microsoft provided driver." how do I select a driver so my display

It's possible the correct driver is stored in a place windows will find on
startup if you remove the copy now trying to run.

Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight the video device, Action
menu, "Uninstall", then restart Windows, to find the device drivers again
automatically.
