Grand child domain dcpromo failure

I have a forest domain abc.com and a child domain def.abc.com, I want to create a child domain of def.abc.com domain. The dcpromo fails when i use a domain admin account in def.abc.com. I can create the domin using enterprise admin account. What credentials do I need to create the grand child domain
I don't want child domains using enterprise admin acoount
Any help will be appreciated

Domain Naming Master are a forest wide FSMO role, and information's related
to domains are stored within the server holding the FMSO role Domain Naming
Master, I think a membership of Enterprise Admin is a MUST to creation of
any domains with in the forest.
