Do you really think 'artificial intelligence' has reached that level of
sophistication? Most people can't do that -- it takes a skilled editor.
Further, I think it depends on the subject of the document; in some cases it
would be impossible to reach 4th grade level without completely losing the
sense of the topic.
For Word or any other general-purpose word processor, I think the answer
will be 'no' for some decades yet.
