There is no component that contains gpupdate.exe. However, the file is in XPe Repository.
You can add the file to your configuration through your own component on TD Extra Files.
For secedit.exe include "Security Configuration Engine Command Line Utility" component.
In TD there exists a helpful feature - Filters. You may want to learn how to use it and it will help you search for components that
contains particular files.
