GPO without a domain

Hi, I'm implementing a peer to peer nerwork, without Active directory. Just a
Workgroup.
I want to konw how to apply a Group Policy Object GPO, that I have been
applyed in an Active directory in other scenario, but I don´t want to have
an Active Directory, and I want apply the same administrative templates to
one computer.

Please help me.

You'll need to create a domain to use GPO.
