GPO redirection, Save as no longer works when downloading...help!!

I have a GPO that redirects the profile content as follows:

Application Data -> Redirect
\\profileserver\homes\%username%\_apps

My Documents -> Redirect
\\profileserver\homes\%username%

My Pictures -> Redirect
\\profileserver\homes\%username%

Desktop -> Redirect
\\profileserver\Homes\%Username%\_Desktop

Before the policy applies everything works fine. Once the policy has been
applied if I try to open the File->Save As from within IE it just closes. No
errors or anything. If I was to download I can open ok but I can't Save As
(just closes).

I have been unable to find anything on Technet. And it's a nightmare for us
as we are unable to download and also Automatic updates doesn't work.

Please help!

Try using RegMon to see how your changes are actually being used?
