GPO not working with XP, looking for files

Doc(see link below) mentions replacing with below files
to get GPO working for XP.

Where can these be downloaded from?

Figured out the problem using GP - wasn't logged into the
Domain. We're using Netware 5.1 and gearing up Windows
2000.

Once logged into Windows 2000 domain, GP worked.
