DC for GP operations unavailable...

I am having this problem when I try to click on the GPO tab in ADU+C.

I tried what the KB article says to do with no success. I recall
encountering this problem once before and believe it was something with my
NICs or protocols that caused it. Also, I believe this is a related problem.
I can't get connect to the DC running WINS using the WINS admin tool from
that DC. I _can_ connect to it and all appears to be working properly using
the admin tool from a 2kPro client.

If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Problem solved... It was my NIC binding order. I searched through my logs
and found an error which indicated incorrect binding order. That is, when my
public NIC has F+P sharing and Client for MS networks disabled. Didn't work
when I enabled them on that interface earlier, but what the hey, it works
now.
