GPO not being applied to OU

Created an OU, move users accounts to it, configured WIndows Update.
Doesn't change settings. If I make those changes from the DOMAIN OU, the
changes take affect. Tried enabling the block policy inheritance but that
didn't work. Seems the Domain OU is overriding my new OU. How should this
be configured as I want to apply different settings for different users
rather than 1 for all.

Unless you have loop back processing enabled, you should have the computer
accounts in the Windows Update OU. Windows Update (at least in my
environment) is a Computer based policy.
