GPO linking

Last minute studying for tomorrow's test.

I realize that a single GPO created in a site can be linked to multiple
domains in that site, but is it correct that a GPO created in one domain
cannot be linked to another domain?

Yes, you can indeed link GPOs to other domains in the forest.

And anywhere within the forest actually. You can link a GPO to the domain
in child-a.domain-name.com and to an OU in child-b.domain-name.com, for
example.
