GPO for viewing only

Hi!
Can I allow Account Operators to view a GPO settings
without granting them permissions to edit any settings in
this GPO?

Yes, actually this is the case by defaults, The Authenticated Users group
have Read and Apply Group Policy permission by defaults.You have to be at
least Domain Admin to write to a GPO , if you not specify any thing else.

INstall and use the GPMC. It allows for such granular permissioning.
