GPL Framerates Issue with ATI cards in D3D solved

AMD/ATI rocks!:

"There has been a problem with some of the new ATI cards where the frame
rates in D3D mode being very poor. As it was explained to me, the ATI
drivers were not detecting GPL as a D3D application, so the card remained in
a power saving mode. Well, with the newest drivers, version 9.3, I'm am now
getting a solid 36 FPS. For version 9.2 and prior, I get something like 6
FPS. I have a 4850 card"

Newest drivers are 9.5 and not 9.3. Get with the program.
