GPedit.msc

Local policy had been applied to my laptop by the image i used to load
software for example remove the ability to change desktop wallpaper, i have
changed the settings in gpedit.msc to disable and rebooted but options to
change wallpaper are still removed any ideas??

As i said i have disabled these, i have found that it works for local
accounts but i am logging on with a cached network account at present and
will not be connected to the office for a few days. Does anyone know why the
cached network account does not process my changed config file?.
