GP not applying to user

W2K SBS; W2K Clients; I created a new user in an OU. The
GP is not being applied to her. It still applies to the
other users in the same OU. Why is it not applying to the
new user? Thank you.

If a different user logs on to her user, does it apply? If so, then it is
the permissions of the user or the security groups that this user is a
member of. If it doesn't work for a different user, what on the machine is
different? What OU/Security permissions does the machine account have?
