GP Installation Package works on XP, but not on W2K

Software Installation Package works on XP, but not on W2K.
The DC is 2003. Is there any design issues?

Can you please supply additional detail? Does it fail
with an error? does it not apply at all? how is the
policy setup? What are you trying to do?
