Got a error message, when I tried to load MPG to Photo Story 3

Hi,
I have a Sony Camcorder. Again I am brand new to using this equipment. I
downloaded everything into explorer just fine. For some reason, I wasn't
sharp enough to catch why 28 files loaded with MPG file extensions and the
last 4 loaded with .jpg

I think my question is/should be. Does the Sony Cam select that MPG file
extension or can I select it. When can I change it to JPG???? Right now I
am just flubber fingers with everything. If I can select jpg in the Cam
Corder I will look for it. Or when downloading from CAM to computer, the
same. Or from Computer to Photo Story 3. Right now since I am such a
newbie, I just find myself wanting to punch keys quickly, not very observant
at this point. I kind of remember that my program told me the file was too
big?

Is there a limit on the size of the clip that I should keep it at for the
video to keep it managable? I was running at 55 mb for my Christmas clips
for 28 of them give or take.
Thanks.

MPG is a video format and JPG is a
still image format. Your camera apparently
records video and makes still images
as well.

PhotoStory 3 is not compatible with video.
