googletalk.exe - ordinal not found

The message contents is:

The ordinal 679 could not be located in the dynamic link library
iertutil.dll

I googled web but without luck (including reinstall GTalk).

Sounds like it's related to your installation of Internet Explorer. You
might try asking in that group.

I think you're right. It happened after I installed IE8 then I backed
out to IE7 because too much issues. For temp. solution, click one of
your buddy, the annoying pop-up window will be no more.
