Can someone explain this error message? The ordinal 508 could not be located
in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll.

tgcmd.exe is a process associated with an online support software from
SupportSoft. It is often used for on-line support by large manufacturers
like Sony and Toshiba.

Whether or not you need to run this program on startup must be decided by
you. If you feel that you want this program starting automatically so that
you have it available as needed, then do not disable it.

tgcmd.exe is regarded as spyware by some folks.

The tgcmd.exe process will have been installed with your ISP package. It is
used by certain ISPs (Internet Service Providers) when providing customer
support. However because this software can track your actions while you are
surfing the internet, you should treat this process as Spyware until it is
proven to be otherwise.

libeay32.dll is not a Microsoft file.

The libeay32.dll library is required for Filezilla to function correctly. If
you use Filezilla you should not terminate or remove libeay32.dll, unless it
is causing problems for your system. Also a component of Adobe Bridge and
other programs.

Wes, can't libeay32.dll be an MS file - part of OpenSSL?

You were thorough. I didn't check the MS .dll site or any of the others.
Just going by that last link you posted, which I came across through a
google search. I don't know anything about OpenSSL either. Course if it
were an MS file this would be the first case of a file being undocumented on
their site, right? lol

Yea, right. Usually if an MS file isn't @ the Microsoft DLL Help
Database it will show up at one of the others. Of course there are always
exceptions. There have been a couple, that I cannot remember the names now,
that I know were MS files because I have them that I could find no info on.
,shrug>

But I suspect that the file the OP is talking about came with that
SupportSoft crap.
