google URL not found!

Unable to get search engine Google.

error message"URL not found"

what must I do in order to locate it with Internet
Browser? What files am i missing? Any ideas greatly
appreciated.

What happens when you run the following in a DOS shell (aka Command
Prompt)?

ping www.google.com

tracert www.google.com

When I do these commands, I noticed the actual IP name was
www.google.akadns.net (66.102.7.99), not www.google.com. So did a WhoIs
lookup at ARIN on 66.102.7.99. Well, it is registered to Google (or,
more accurately, the registrant claimed to be Google).
