Additional questions for answers from two generous
contributors who suggested the Google Toolbar has a popup
blocker for my Internet Explorer-popup woes:
Will the google toolbar replace the existing toolbar I use
on my Compuserve-provided toolbar? My current toolbar has
many saved "favorite" website addresses I don't want to
lose and also contains my mail system.
I also have a toolbar appear when I access Internet
Explorer thru my emachines computer link. Will that be
affected or replaced?

The Google toolbar doesn't replace your IE toolbars - it simply adds one.

Start / Control Panel / Add/Remove Software
Locate Google Toolbar on the list and select Change/Remove.
