Hi All

I have recently changed my ISP to Sky who use google mail as their email. I
am trying to use Windows Mail to access my emails. I have followed the
instructions on the sky website to the letter regarding the forwarding &
Pop3 but keep getting asked for my user name & password to acces my mail
when I open WM. There is a link on sky's website to unlock my cache but this
again keeps asking for user name & password. As with WM when I enter the
info it just keeps asking me to enter the details again when I know I am
using the coreect name & password. Any help would be much appreciated.

Here's more instructions from Sky, possibly newer.

And some on reading .pdf files.

I'm not sure if Google Mail is Gmail, but if so, you might also want to see
this:

http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=13273

Note that the Gmail instructions cover both the IMAP method and the POP
method. Choose one, and don't get them mixed up.

You could have just recreated that account in Windows Mail.
No need to change the password.
