Google/IE7 redirection problem

Hi

I am having this problem since last few days. When I search something in
Google I do see the genuine links of Microsoft and other such genuine
companies. When however I click on the link I get redirected not to the
original company but a similar company or another search engine that returns
similar results. For example if I searched for 'Windows Defender' in google
I got following entry;

Windows Defender home
Spyware scanning and removal tool, with realtime system monitoring. Beta
version is free to download and use. [Windows]
www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx - 19k -
Cached - Similar pages

but when I click on 'Windows Defender Home' above it takes me to the
following link;

http://www.couponmountain.co.uk/sea...ource=miva_m+003+001_keyword_windows_defender

[Please do not click on above link in case it is a phishing site, I am just
posting it to explain my problem].

If I do 'back' to google search and click on the link again then in 2/3
tries I do get sent to the correct link. Running both windows defender and
ad aware did not return anything. Could someone please tell me what is the
problem and how can I fix it? I am using IE7.

Try running a scan with AVG antispyware -
