I walked past Millies cookies in the shops a few days ago and the smell really made me want to make some cookies -yum yum yum
I found one on the internet that tastes just like the millies cookies one - really tasty and soft
. I've tried a few over the years, but this one is the best by far
125g butter, softened
100g light brown soft sugar
125g caster sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
225g self-raising flour
200g chocolate chips or a few smarties tubes
Stick them in the oven at 180C until they just start to go golden brown (about 8 mins for me) and leave them to cool.
Safe to say, there aren't many of these left now![Laughing  ](/styles/default/custom/smilies/laughing.gif)
