I'd suggest you search for a newsgroup devoted to business issues, or
business writing. This one, easy to reach by error from microsoft's online
newsgroup UI, is devoted to Microsoft Access database software.

Next, a hint on that letter... be sure to spell check, particularly "buyers"
and "textile". Those may have been typos here, but whether typos or
misspellings, will almost certainly cause your letter to be directed
straight to the circular file.
