Going to sleep

When I turn my HP on, all I get is "going to sleep," and the monitor
shuts off. No other
options from the cpu.

How can I get back to operational mode?
 
Hello,

Sounds like a hardware issue, possibly your graphic card. You can try
diagnosing it on your own by switching to the built-in card or swapping it
with another video card and see whether it works (will need to open the
casing).

Or call HP warranty or bring your PC to a qualified PC technician.
