I have designed my website on Frontpage, I want to turn the pages into
powerpoint slides for a presentation without having to be online. How do I
import webpages from Frontpage to Powerpoint?

Depending on how many web pages you need, you can simply bring up the page
and press ALT+PRINTSCREEN to capture the image, switch to PowerPoint, click
"Edit", "Paste Special", and select one of the image types (JPG or PNG being
the smallest file sizes). If you get other things in the capture you can
always paste the image into your favorite graphics program (like Microsoft
Photo Editor), crop out what you don't want, save it as a JPG, then do an
"Insert", "Picture", "From file" within PowerPoint to insert them.
