Don't use GMail? :-D

If this only happens for GMail accounts, I wouldn't directly start in an
Outlook newsgroup. What makes you suspect that the issue lies within Outlook
and not in GMail?

Have you looked at the source code? Are you embedding the sizes in the HTML
code or using styles or style sheets?
