Best way is to create a template with the desired customizations (macros,
toolbars, etc.) and save it in a network folder that everyone has access to.
Have each user click "Tools", "Options", click the "File Locations" TAB,
click the "Startup" option, then click "Modify", browse to the path and
select it. Click "OK" to close.
The only thing to make sure of is that there isn't already a template in the
startup path that Word is using. More than likely, there isn't, but you
need to check. This way if you need to change the "template" it will be
available to everyone automatically. (providing that everyone has Word shut
down for the couple of seconds it takes to overwrite the old file with your
new file, but you usualkly don't have to change it that often).
When you click the "Modify" button above, make sure there aren't any Word
templates showing up in the existing "Startup" folder.
Hope this option works for you!
