Global Template Normal.Dot

I keep getting the message that "Changes have been made that affect th
global template, Normal.Dot. . ." whenever I close the Word program.

I have MS Word 2002 and have read MS 319154 but I do not have the Wor
2002 Supoport Template or the Troubleshoot Utility as a choice in m
Microsoft Office Tools menu.

What now? I really want to get rid of the message

If you have Norton AntiVirus, disable the Office Plug-in. If you got Word as
part of Works Suite, uninstall the Microsoft Works Suite Add-in for Word
(through Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs).
