Global changes of client pc

Dear All,
I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this message. Pls forgive
me if I were wrong.
I want to ask if there is any methods or tools for making global changes to
all PC within the domain. Eg. Change the registry, IE settings, desktop
settings....

Active Directory and/or logon scripts can accomplish this.
