After having a hacking problem and correcting it, we are
facing another problem.While trying to reach users using
MMC snapin, we are having error massage which says that,
unable to find global cataloque server.
How can I diagnose or correct the problem
 
Ensure two or more of your DC's have the Global Catalogue setting as per
this article. http://support.microsoft.com/?id=313994

If this doesn't help, it could be a DNS lookup problem as the GC record is
stored within the DNS SRV records so verify your DNS entries.
 
Solved the problem.
It was:
File and Printer Sharing service was removed (I don't
know how and why) so the netlogon service did not start.
reinstalling file and printer sharing solved the
problem...
:)
