global address book help

How can I get permission to edit the entries in the global
address book? The guy that used to do it here quit, and
nobody knows what to do! Can anyone help?

"Editing" of the GAL is done via Active Directory Users and Computers by
adding/deleting the objects listed. Can you provide more details on what you
want to edit in the GAL?
