GLCBA.tmp in C:\WINNT/Tmp

Hi, I would like to know if it's normal to have GLCBA.tmp
size as 4,842,848 Kb ( 4.8GB ) it's seems to be really too
big. Is this file can be deleted. I don't what happened
but I'm running out of space in my hard disk and I try to
clean it.

It's a file that got created on July 6th. I realized this
when I saw a couple days a go that my hard drive was full.

It's pretty large file.....

It's not normal to have a folder named Tmp in WINNT. If you really, meant
\WINNT\Temp, anything in there can be deleted so long as you haven't
initiated an install since the last reboot. I'd reboot and then delete
the entire TMP folder.
