sz AppName:GLBA.temp szAppVer 2006.1.19.1 szModName:hungapp
szModver:0.0.0.0 offset:00000000

This is the message I receive when I try to down load Yahoo chat, Google
earth, and Adobe Illistrator

What is GLBA?

When you are trying to download or when you try to install after you've
downloaded? As far as I know Adobe Illustrator is not downloadable except
for maybe a Trial Product.

What you are seeing this szAppName stuff is in the internal code for the
Window which is being used. The name of the application may be GLBA.temp but
it does not have to be. szAppName can be anything really. It (GLBA here)
is a null-terminated string if that means anything to you.

It was the Illustrator trial, yet I had no trouble with Acrobat trial. I have
the trouble on three different web sites: Google earth, Yahoo and Adobe. The
problem seems to be selective. I just bought this computer 5 days ago because
I was having the same problem on another computer. I have a very important
paper to write and I don't want to have a hacker get it. I understand
szAppVer now but it is the GLAB that is causing problems. I am on a home
network.

You have multi posted this issue to other newsgroups. Please check answers given. Instead of multiposting which is not a very good idea to do and if you must then crosspost it instead
