GLB1A2B.exe????????????/

I found this in my Temp folder and I'm afraid to open it.
It is an application and I have know idea what it is.I
don't know if it's safe to delete because it might be
some Windows thing.Any body have ideas?

-Thanks Carey,I'll try those,but I think I got rid of it

by using Eraser.I guess I'm glad I found it before it
found me.Every thing seems fine.I noticed in the temp
file and thought it was wierd.I wonder how it got there?--
