Please consider adding a feature to Outlook that would warn a message sender
that they are sending a message to a distribution list larger than a
user-specified threshold. The user would be required to confirm that they
want to do this before the message is sent.
This would hopefully prevent some "mail storms" when someone accidentally
hits "reply all" to a message sent to a large distribution list. In our
company, this occassionally touches off a mail storm of people telling the
whole distributiion list not to do this.
It just happened at my company again and I'm getting tired of it!
