I have a home network setup like this 2 XP pro and 1 xp home connect to an 8
port switch. The internet is also connected to it. When i first setup the 2
pros communicated fine also both could go on internet. The home could not
ever get connectivity, could not repair said couldn't renew IP. I tried via
cmd to release and renew..said could not reach DHCP server. It could see the
other computers but not go there. Now out of the blue it can communicate
with 1 of them (back)the other pro can see the back and the home but the
other cannot see it. It says little or no connectivity but can use the(
back) resources. I rebooted all then they all said little or connectivity
and now no interent???????????

You should be using WinXP SP2. Please downlaod this IP fix from the folowing

Run this patch..It should resolve the issue

try giving your lan adapters Static IP addresses. how are you connecting to
the internet? via a modem connected to one of the computers? or some other
medium
