Ghost 9.0 and WinXP issues

This is likely a Ghost issue, but I'm failing to get my issue across to
those fools. I've got 2005 Norton Systems Works Premier w/Ghost 9.0 and
WinXP Professional. I created a backup image and now I would like to restore
that image. I get an error: EBAB001A An unkown exception occured. Big help!
Symantec blames DEP and SP2 in WinXp. I disabling the NSW files in DEP but
that didn't work.

I had 2003 NSW and Ghost was fine. Unfortunately, I cannot roll back and
restore a 2005 image.

Is anyone else having a similar problem?
Found any solution?

thanks

Have you been around the block with them on this?

And, regarding the DEP situation, did you read through the TechNet link Symantec
refers users to, who have recent Athlon64s or P4s? You might find a clue or two
in the details regarding possible incompatibilities between DEP and device
drivers on your system http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pr...n/sp2mempr.mspx
