Getting xp desktop back

Hello. I have lost the ability to restore my desktop
back to the xp style. The only option I have is classic
style. I really miss the xp look.
When I try to load the windows xp theme I get an error:
the theme could not load. Access denied. File:
C:\Windows\
resources\themes\Luna.theme

I have checked my settings the best I know how, but I
cannot get my computer to go back to the xp look. If
anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it.
