Getting video clips to Windows Movie Maker "Collections" form Desk

Shooting 31/4" DVDs, type DVD-R and DVD-RDS in Sony camcorder model DCR-DVD92
"HandyCam". I would like to be able to email clips from these discs either
through Windows Movie Maker and/or normal email system, Outlook Express. My
OS is Windows XP Home Edition.
 
Just capture the video from the DVD as you normally do in the quality you
require to send it.
