Getting Untitled Messages (HTML) No Sender 2KB 6 to 8 a Day

I like to know how I can stop Untitled E-mails there are no senders and I
can not direct it to Junkmail or Blocked Sender list but only Delete them,
while I write this 2 of them came in my Inbox again.

This how I get this E-mail,

Untitled Message (HTMl) there is no sender it is a 2 kb E-mail Nothing
written inside. as To:_________________________ and a line that is all!!

Wait and see if this problem is addressed by an updated Junk filter (Outlook
2003). Install latest if you haven't already.

If the subject is blank, filter with this:
